Ordering & Payment

 

Making an order is easy, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose a gift from our website. 

Step 2: You may create and edit your designs from our online tool with the "customize it" button. You can add several items to your cart and adjust the quantity before proceeding to checkout and payment.

Step 3: Check out. Enter your personal data and payment information to complete your order.

Step 4: Choose a shipping and payment option. Proceed with payment for your order. 

Step 5: After you have placed your order, we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2 - 7 business days.

Step 6: We will confirm with you the artwork to be printed on the mug if necessary.  

Step 7: Upon artwork confirmation, we'll proceed with mug printing.

Step 8: We will inform you via email once your order is ready for shipping. Please view here for shipping details.

PAYMENT 

For local orders, we accept i-banking or ATM transfers as well as Paylah via all major banks. We also accept Paypal payment via Paypal Checkout.

For I-Banking/ATM transfer/Cash Deposit Payment Mode.
