General

Terms and conditions stated below apply to all visitors, customers and sellers of Mug Valley. You are bounded by these terms and conditions as long as you are on Mug Valley website. If you do not agree to these Terms And Conditions for Use, please do not use this web site. By proceeding you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. 

Prices

All the prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).  

Placement of Order

We will usually respond to all order within 24-48 hours. Do check your junk box if you did not receive them. Please reach us via email: info@mugvalleyshop.com if you did not hear from us.

Availability

Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you, giving you the option of delivery of the available item(s), or cancellation of your order. 

Passwords

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access for any services, activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Artwork Requirements

Please send us an image with resolution of minimum 300 dots per inch(dpi) in file format PNG, JPEG, GIF, PSD or PDF.  Do send us your original file format if in doubt. Image will be cropped/ resized for maximum effect on the mug.         

If you are creating your artwork, our artwork size is 7.5 inch x 3.15 inch / 2250 x 945 pixels for standard full mug wrap. There’s an approximately 1 cm spacing on the top and bottom of the mug.  Any specifications for your mug,such as font type, placement of text or position of the photo, please enter in the design specifications on the order form.

Quality

Mug Valley provides the best quality finish product where possible. The quality of the finished product depends upon the digital files upload by our user. It is likely that for certain files, the quality of the prints may not be satisfactory for which Mug Valley shall not be responsible.

Color                   

Please note that there may be colour differences on the finished product due to various reasons such as screen brightness. 

If color accuracy is important to you, we suggest ordering our DTG (direct to garment) for t-shirts only colour swatches for colour correction. You can use those swatches to decide which RGB values best compare to the desired results when printed on a physical product. 

Artwork Proofs

Proofs of all artwork may be submitted for customer's approval and Mug Valley shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Additional charges may incur for any additional proofs that are required as a result of alterations required by the customer. 

Prohibited

You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your products.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal. Payment will be verified within 24 - 48 hours.

Shipping

Mug Valley aims to dispatch all orders within 3 - 10 working days and often much sooner of confirmation that your order has been accepted. Delivery options include self-collection or courier delivery.

If a discount (such as 10% off) applies, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product you’ve chosen, not the delivery cost.

Free shipping applies to qualifying local order only with S$120.00 and above of products. For orders with less than S$120.00 of products, shipping fees ranging from S$3.80 - S$15.00 will be applied to the order. Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Returns & Refunds

We ensure that the goods are in good condition before sending out. We seek your understanding that as per customized item, there will be neither exchange nor refund. While there is no option to return orders, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can drop us a note at info@mugvalleyshop.com. If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will resend you the correct item. You can contact our Customer Service with the photos of the item. Item must be reported and returned to us within 10 working days upon receiving. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item. The faulty mug will be requested to be returned to us before receiving of the new mug. 

Cancellation

Orders once placed and payment sent cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. Where the products ordered are not available from stock, you shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the products are available from stock or cancel the order. Upon such cancellation of your Orders, we shall make the repayment in full the amount(s), if any paid by you. 

Your order can also be cancelled if payment is not received within 2 days after the payment advice has been sent via email.

Sale Information

There are no cash alternatives to our offers. All discount codes must be applied prior to checkout or they cannot be applied to the purchase total. All sales, coupon/ discount promotions & promotional sales are final sale. No returns or exchanges. All sales, coupon or discount promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Coupon/ discount promotions cannot be used back dated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed. Orders must be purchased within the valid promotion time, but can be dispatched at any date. Mug Valley will not be responsible for any technical issues which result in the failure to apply the promotional discount to an order. Mug Valley reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the mugvalleyshop.com website.

Mug's Valley's decision is final in all matters relating to our promotions.

Contests & Lucky Draws

The following provisions apply if you are entering a contest or lucky draw (“Contest”):

The Contest shall only be valid during the period set out in the online or hardcopy Contest form.

All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete.  Any incorrect or incomplete information found in the entry will result in the disqualification of the entry.

To be eligible to enter the contest, an entrant must live in Singapore and have a valid email address.

Mug Valley reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to:

cancel or modify the Contest; or

substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

Mug Valley reserves the right not to award any prize, or to award one or more but not all of the prizes.

The decision of Mug Valley shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants and winners, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Prizes not claimed will be forfeited and disposed of by Mug Valley in its sole and absolute discretion. Results of the Contest may be posted on the Site or otherwise as determined by Mug Valley.

By agreeing to participate in the contest or lucky draw, you hereby agree and consent to Mug Valley, its authorised service providers and its advertising and promotion agencies collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data including your name, picture, image and voice for purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy and for Mug Valley publicity and/or advertising campaigns connected to the contest or lucky draw. Such use and disclosure will be without payment or compensation. If you become a winner of the contest or lucky draw, you hereby agree and consent to, Mug Valley and its authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data including your image, photographs, voice recording and/or partial NRIC number for the purpose indicated in the Privacy Policy, and further agree that such collection, use, disclosure and/or processing will be without payment or compensation. 

Inaccuracy of Information

We cannot promise a fault-free site. From time to time, there may be information on mugvalleyshop.com website that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. If you encounter any fault within the Site, you should report it to info@mugvalleyshop.com and we will correct the fault as soon as possible.

We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.
